1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PathPro LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Software as a Service (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
The Service provides multiple tools that allow customers to engage with their community in order to inform the progression and growth of their product, goals, or ideas. To find out more about PathPro and its features, please click here. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content on and through the Service.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) remain the sole property of PathPro LLC. and parent company Papertelevision LLC., and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You further agree not to:

   – Post or transmit any User Content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

   – Use the Service to distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

   – Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers or networks.

   – Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

   – Attempt to retro-engineer, reskin, or otherwise utilize code from our software to build, or enhance, separate software.

   -Attempt to sell the Software, or any derivative of the Software, in any way.

7. Payment and Subscription

If the Service requires payment, you agree to pay all fees as specified on our website. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, and are non-refundable after a 14 day trial period. We reserve the right to change our fees and billing methods upon notice to you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PathPro LLC., and parent company Papertelevision LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Support
Tech support hours are from 9am to 5pm Eastern time, Monday – Friday. By taking part in our support program, you agree to the following:
-You will avoid harsh terminology and behavior while engaging with our support team. Use of profane language or a general tone of disrespect is grounds for cancellation of our product.

-Determination of disrespectful behavior will receive a single warning. If said disrespect continues thereafter, we retain the right to immediately discontinue your subscription to our software.
