Within PathPro, we refer to anyone that is interested in your product as a “Community Member”. Most likely this includes the following:
Paying Customers: These are people who have purchased your product and are actively using it. If, for example, you sell a software-based product, this user has purchased the product from your site, and wants to offer feedback, report bugs, upvote potential features, and keep informed on upcoming updates to your software via the Product Path.
Clients: People who have hired you to develope a product based on their own guidance. You can use PathPro to keep them informed, while allowing them to provide valuable feedback as you make progress on their product’s development.
Followers: This is a general follower of your product, whether your “product” is a social media influencer or other item that may not necessarily be purchasable. A good example of this is if you run a Podcast: Your community will be able to suggest topics for upcoming episodes, vote on ideas/topics you’d like to cover, and engage in a conversation for every episode.

That’s a basic overview of the different types of Community Members you may have based on your specific product. PathPro allows you to view each Community Member as well as analytics on their participation of your ongoing product developments, and empowers you to give your audience an ongoing voice.
